HIGH VIBES FESTIVALTHE 2009 Darebin Music Feast comes to a close on Sunday with the ninth annual High Vibes festival. Like the Brunswick Street Festival of old, thousands of people converge to celebrate the start of spring as well as the neighbourhood's thriving culture.
